Come join Chelsea Ray from Cultivate Balance for this yoga workshop on becoming present. The concept of being present has become trendy. It is a buzz word that is used often, but what does it really mean, how does it impact our lives, and more importantly how do we become more present?
In this workshop Chelsea shares her experience with living in the moment (being present), and the huge lessons around presence that she has learnt through the loss of her fiance. This work is profound, life changing, and readily available to all of us. We can handle anything in the moment, and in most moments there is sweetness, where we get in trouble is when we are pulled to living in the past or thinking of the future. So, how do we draw ourselves to this moment? We will work on just that.It might just require a little shift in the way we see the world, the way we think about our thinking.
Chelsea will share with you how the practice of being present to the life you have can shift your interpretation of all your experiences. How it can alleviate stress, anxiety, and suffering, opening up mental space to fully engage in the moment. To be fully alive.
