ONLINE OFFERINGS
Every other Sunday at 8:00 pm MST I will offer a complimentary 45 minute session. I will give a short lecture on a topic related to mental health or development, with an opportunity for a brief chat, before guiding a deep relaxation, meditation, breath practice, or yoga nidra.
Everyone is welcome to attend; my hope is cameras on for the first part and then on or off for the rest.
An opportunity to connect and regulate.
This is available to anyone; just check your time zone and adjust accordingly.

On pause for the summer, picking back up in the fall!
Get comfortable and I will guide you through a sort breathing practice. I hope this is calming for you, however if you are new to playing with your breath it can be uncomfortable and even bring us sensations of anxiety. If that happens simply stop controlling the breath and take a few of your own breaths.
