Get yourself comfortable, either laying down or in a comfortable seated position. I will guide you through a short body relaxation practice. It is simple and all you will do is follow my words and allow the body to relax as I guide you. Perhaps you can do this with you eyes closed, if that is too much just soften your gaze.

I hope this is calming for you, however if you are new to playing with your breath it can be uncomfortable and even bring us sensations of anxiety. If that happens simply stop controlling the breath and take a few of your own breaths.
