The Art of Being Present The concept of being present has become trendy. It is a buzz word that is used often, but what does it really mean, how does it impact our lives, and more importantly how do we become more present?
In this workshop, Chelsea will share with you her experience with living in the moment (being present), and the huge lessons around presence that she has learnt from yoga and refined as she navigated the loss of her fiancé. This work is profound, life-changing, and readily available to all of us. She will take this large idea of being mindful and present and share with you her real-life story that will make it all so clear, so simple really. We can handle anything in the moment, and in most moments, there is sweetness, where we get in trouble is when we are pulled to living in the past or thinking of the future. So, how do we draw ourselves to this moment and how can that practice set us up perfectly for the future? Together we will work on just that.
It might require a little shift in the way you see the world, the way you think about your thinking, but Chelsea will make it practical.
Chelsea will share with you how the practice of being present to the life you have can shift your interpretation of all your experiences. How it can alleviate stress, anxiety, and suffering, opening mental space to fully engage in the moment; to be fully alive.
