To be Present -Yoga Workshop
The concept of being present has become trendy. It is a buzz word that is used often, but what does it really mean, how does it impact our lives, and more importantly how do we become more present? In this workshop I will share with you my experience with living in the moment (being present), and the huge lessons around presence that I have learnt through the loss of my fiance. This work is profound, life changing, and readily available to all of us. We can handle anything in the moment, and in most moments there is sweetness, where we get in trouble is when we are pulled to living in the past or thinking of the future. So, how do we draw ourselves to this moment? We will work on just that.
It might just require a little shift in the way we see the world, the way we think about our thinking.
I will share with you how the practice of being present to the life you have can shift your interpretation of all your experiences. How it can alleviate stress, anxiety, and suffering, opening up mental space to fully engage in the moment. To be fully alive.
I am eager to share these teachings with you. I am grateful to have taken this way of being to heart long ago so I was able to live the time I had with my man to the fullest. Now, living through such a profound experience they have taken on an even deeper meaning, and I know learning these skills will add value to your life.
