Light Up The Night

Shauna Nyrose, Pam Rader, and myself, are happy to be hosting another wonderful Lit From Within Project Event. June 21st, the SUMMER SOLSTICE we will gather to celebrate the longest day of the year as a community. You are invited to share this elegant evening with us, on the roof top of the Eldorado, we will role out our mats, breathe together, move together, all to live music, and closing the evening with a luxury silent auction. Know that your ticket purchase will go directly to providing yoga/meditation classes to those right here in the Okanagan in recovery. Currently Lit From Within is providing three classes a week to our community. One at a second stage recovery house, one at Canadian Mental Health, and one at Canadian Mental Health for Youth and we are eager to add more. With the  generosity from the last event we were able to build the much needed, dedicated quiet space at Kelowna's Canadian Mental Health Association's center. In this space Lit From Within continues to provide yoga/mediation classes to participants of CMHA programming, plus this space is also used for other programs at CMHA where a quiet space is preferred.  It is very heart-warming to see the community work together to help bring peace, serenity and healing to those in need.  THANK YOU OKANAGAN YOGA COMMUNITY!
