I am so excited to be bringing you yoga retreats with myself and Shauna Nyrose.  We are offering retreats in our home town of the Okanagan, the beauty of this is we know the ins and outs of this place and are here to be your guides! The richness of retreats is special, we are graced with time. Yoga classes and workshop are delightful but on retreat we get to spend time together. The yoga practices are longer, we meditate, we have lifestyle discussions aimed to empower you to be mindful and create balance in your life. We practice the art of mindfulness as we soak up the luxury of time in nature,  meals prepared with fresh local food. I get to works closely with the chefs to make sure these meals are as energetically charged as possible. You will go home from this retreat feeling more vivacious and alive. FRIDAY, JUNE 26 - SUNDAY, JUNE 28 2015 at Predator Ridge Golf Resort Retreat Includes -  2 nights luxury accommodation at Predator Ridge, the suits are gorgeous you will feel very comfortable, fully equipped with a kitchen and a lot of space. 3 - 75 minute yoga classes, all levels new or experienced you will fall in love with this practice. Like I say you do not have to be "good" at yoga to yoga to be good for you. 2 - (optional) discussions on yoga lifestyle integration, we will talk about different areas of life and how we can create more balance in our lives. Daily sunrise & sunset meditation, meditation has enormous benefits and I will guide it in a very accessible way again for those who are new to it or to deepen a practice you already have. Breakfasts and Dinners - Fresh and Local '100-mile' selection, we have the best fresh produce here in the summer and the chefs will do it up right. We are having a farm to table dinner... AMAZING!!!! Common questions:

-Can I eat meat and drink booze? LOL. Yes. The meals are prepared vegetarian but you have kitchens in your suits and of course are welcome to eat meat or drink our delicious local wine.

-Is there a pool? Yes. Predator Ridge offers much more than just golf. Pools, tennis courts, hiking & walking trails, market and access to one of the best wellness spa's in North America, Sparkling Hill.

-Do I have to golf? No. After yoga on Saturday morning, you can do whatever you'd like. Spa at Sparkling Hill, paddle down at Kal Lake... you could probably even squeeze in a wine tour in Lake Country. Or you could... you know, relax... read a book, have a glass of wine.

-What if I suck at yoga? It's OK. Really. You don't have to be 'good' at yoga for yoga to be good for you. We offer variations for all levels. It really is amazing for everyone and your experience in yoga will not be an issue for you soaking up everything the retreat has to offer.

-Can I bring someone on the deal? Yep. It's for you and as many guests you would like to bring.
