Winterize

This workshop is designed to cushion the 'fall' into winter. The intention is to support a smooth transition into a season many people find challenging. The focus of the evening will centre around:

-Research-supported strategies to protect against Season Affective Disorder or "winter blues."

-Resources and habits that can support your vitality this winter.

-Mindfulness and boundaries around finances, family, and time. This season can add pressure to all of these areas. Having an awareness of our priorities, limitations, and desires will make for a much smoother and lighter holiday season.

-Body awareness practices to help you center and connect. These will be simple and easy for you to repeat anytime you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or tired.

I am so excited to offer this class as a community. We will have time to interact and share, although there will be no pressure to do that. We will close with guided breath practices and meditation, putting you in an ideal state for a good night's sleep. I am passionate about helping you enjoy this season the best you can, so there will be a lot packed into this class!
